Job description

Machine Operator
Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor production equipment to maximize efficiency and minimize waste
* Monitor production quality by verifying recipes, raw materials, machine speeds, product specifications, and line integrity throughout the shift
* Complete production and quality documentation, follow HACCP, GMP, safety, and company procedures, and report quality deviations or mechanical issues as needed
* Perform changeovers, mix batch ingredients, maintain a clean work area, report downtime, assist and train other operators, and perform additional duties as assigned
Required Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing environment
* Ability to complete production documentation
* Must be able to work Monday to Wednesday or Thursday to Saturday from 5pm to 5am
* Ability to follow safety rules and GMP requirements
