About Us:

Carson Cartridge is a Las Vegas-based manufacturer specializing in the production of high-quality 

ammunition cases. We are committed to precision, safety, and excellence in everything we produce. 

We are currently seeking two (2) reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our growing 

team.


Position Summary:

The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring production machinery 

used in the manufacturing of ammunition cases. This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates 

who are mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and eager to grow within the manufacturing 

industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor automated and semi-automated production machines used in ammunition case manufacturing
  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality and dimensional specifications
  • Load raw materials and unload finished cases from machinery Perform routine machine adjustments and minor maintenance tasks
  • Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of materials in an ammunition manufacturing  environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with company and regulatory standards
  • Complete production logs, inspection records, and other documentation accurately
  • Report any machine malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues to a supervisor promptly
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • No prior manufacturing experience required — on-the-job training provided
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to read simple measurements/gauges
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Must be 21 years of age or older (required for ammunition manufacturing environment)
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S. required


Compensation & Benefits

Pay Rate: $17.00 – $22.00 per hour, based on experience
