Job Overview: A Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery in a manufacturing environment. They ensure equipment runs efficiently, monitor production for quality control, and perform routine maintenance or troubleshooting as needed. Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of duties including, but not limited to assembly, packaging, and machine operating
  • Review work orders and blueprints to ensure work is performed according to specifications.
  • Perform visual inspection of parts and complete quality check sheets as required
  • Problem solve any discrepancies
  • Other related duties as required

Qualifications:
  • We're looking for candidates who have the foundation to succeed - whether you're an experienced operator or more entry level and ready to develop your skills. We will train the right person!
  • Accurately work with calipers, squares, gauges, protractors, and other measuring tools
  • Have good math ability and problem solving skills
  • Read and interpret blueprints efficiently
  • Perform physical actions which may include frequent bending, twisting, reaching, walking, consistent standing, and the ability to lift/carry and push/pull objects
