Press Operator: Union, Illinois
Our customer in Union, Illinois, is looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Press Operator to work full-time on 2nd shift. In this role, you will support production operations by operating press equipment, packaging finished products, and ensuring quality standards are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
 
Responsibilities of the Press Operator:
  • Operate press equipment to produce promotional products according to specifications.
  • Monitor press operation to ensure consistent quality and accuracy.
  • Inspect finished products for defects and verify they meet quality standards.
  • Package final products and prepare them for shipment.
  • Load and unload materials as needed to support production.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the shift.
  • Follow all safety procedures and work instructions at all times.
  • Assist with additional production tasks as assigned.
 
Press Operator Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working in manufacturing or warehouse environments preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Bilingual Spanish/English a plus, but not required.
