Job Title: Flexographic Press Operator
Location: Atlanta, GA
Pay: Competitive Pay (Based on Experience)
Shift: Full-Time

Summary

Labor Staffing is seeking an experienced Flexographic Press Operator to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating Mark Andy printing equipment and a strong mechanical aptitude. This position is responsible for setting up and operating flexographic printing presses, ensuring quality standards are met, maintaining equipment, and supporting efficient production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stage flexographic presses with required materials and tooling for efficient production.
  • Operate and monitor printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials.
  • Review work orders and job specifications to determine production requirements.
  • Align, configure, and adjust machinery for optimal performance.
  • Inspect production samples and perform quality checks throughout the printing process.
  • Troubleshoot printing issues and perform minor machine repairs as needed.
  • Complete routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment.
  • Prepare and submit daily production reports.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Assist with additional production or maintenance tasks as directed by management.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience operating Mark Andy printing equipment (Required).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
