Starting Pay: $23.22 per hour
$0.50 Raise Upon Hire
Additional $0.50 Raise After 60 Days
Shift: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM | Sunday - Wednesday
Union Position
Three-Day Weekends Every Week!
ChardonCustom Polymer is hiring Rubber Injection Press Operators for its manufacturing facility in Chardon, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable union workforce with competitive pay increases and a consistent overnight schedule.
Job Duties
  • Operate rubber injection molding presses
  • Inspect parts for quality and defects
  • Trim, package, and prepare products for shipment
  • Follow production schedules and safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Work as part of a team to meet production goals

Requirements
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
