Union Rubber Injection Press Operator
1st shift pay is $21.47 per hour
3rd shift pay is $23.22 per hour
$0.50 Raise Upon Hire
Additional $0.50 Raise After 60 Days
Shifts: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM | Sunday - Wednesday or 6:00 AM-4:00 PM Monday-Thursday

Chardon Custom Polymer is hiring Rubber Injection Press Operators for its manufacturing facility in Chardon, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable union workforce with competitive pay increases and a consistent overnight schedule.
Job Duties
  • Operate rubber injection molding presses
  • Inspect parts for quality and defects
