Position Overview

We are seeking a Hydro Press Operator to join our Pressing Department at our Euclid, Ohio facility.

This role is responsible for operating and adjusting hydraulic presses to manufacture precision powder metal components that meet strict engineering and customer specifications. The Hydro Press Operator will weigh materials, set up production equipment, inspect finished parts, and ensure products meet quality and production standards while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

1st Shift 6am-2:30pm

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and adjust hydraulic presses to produce high-quality powder metal components 
  • Weigh and prepare metal powders according to engineering specifications and production requirements 
  • Set up equipment and monitor machine operation to identify and correct equipment issues or product defects 
  • Measure finished components using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and other precision measuring equipment 
  • Visually inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with quality standards 
  • Load products for furnace processing and support downstream manufacturing operations as required 
  • Complete production activities safely while meeting established production goals and work standards 
  • Maintain accurate production records and follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures
