Job Title: Machine Operation / Forklift Operator

Job Description

This role combines general production work with sit-down forklift operation in a busy manufacturing environment. You will support material handling, inventory movement, and basic machine operation while contributing to efficient production and safe handling of goods.

Responsibilities

  • Operate a sit-down forklift safely to move, load, and unload materials throughout the manufacturing facility.
  • Handle raw materials and finished products, including packing, stacking, and staging items for production and shipment.
  • Perform general production tasks such as assembly, machine operating support, and basic mechanical tasks as needed.
  • Assist with inventory activities by transporting materials to designated areas and helping maintain organized stock levels.
  • Carry out general labor duties, including lifting, moving, and sorting materials in a fast-paced environment.
  • Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, orderly, and dust-tolerant work area.
  • Work collaboratively with production teams to meet daily output targets and support continuous workflow.
  • Inspect materials and products for basic quality issues and report any concerns to the appropriate personnel.
