Job description

As a Data Entry Associate, you’ll be part of the action that keeps our packing and shipping lines moving.

What You’ll Do

Your work will include:

  • Staging corrugate, film, and raw materials so production never skips a beat

  • Hand-stacking finished cases, checking every detail—from date codes to case labels—to make sure each pallet meets company and customer standards

  • Editing and printing case labels and pallet tags as runs change

  • Loading finished goods onto warehouse shuttle trailers and documenting everything clearly

  • Entering production data into our Quick Base system

  • Keeping the dock floor organized, clean, and safe for the whole team

  • Pitching in to help packers and machine operators when needed

  • Sanitizing and cleaning plant areas and equipment so we stay food-safe and inspection-ready

  • Using forklifts, pallet jacks, stretch wrappers, and other material-handling tools once you’re trained

  • Spotting issues, reporting equipment problems, and helping solve them fast

This role is active and hands-on. You’ll move between production, data entry, and quality checks in a high-paced, sometimes wet or noisy environment.
