Job description

Day Shift Schedule: Monday Through Thursday 7 AM to 5:30 PM, with opportunity for overtime on Fridays and Saturdays

Pay: $18 an hour, base pay

What You’ll Do

As an Inspector Stacker, you’ll help ensure finished products meet quality standards while supporting safe and efficient material handling. Key responsibilities include:

  • Inspecting finished materials to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards
  • Packaging materials according to customer requirements and internal procedures
  • Safely operating equipment such as forklifts (with attachments), wrapping/packaging machinery, label equipment, and banders as needed
  • Reading and following work instructions and production documentation
  • Moving materials within the facility, including weighing, scanning, stacking, and staging products
  • Tracking and verifying materials, including quantities, sizes, and packaging
  • Completing required documentation accurately and on time
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Supporting supervisors and team members to maintain production workflow

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or shipping/receiving environments preferred
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment
  • Ability to obtain required equipment certifications (such as forklift operation) if needed
  • Reliable, organized, and safety-focused

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Work in a manufacturing or warehouse environment with exposure to noise, dust, moving machinery, and varying temperatures
