We are seeking a Production Machine Operator to set up and operate machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves reading blueprints, adjusting machine settings, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. If you have a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate production machinery following established procedures.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery.
  • Adjust machine settings to meet specifications and deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and report to a supervisor.
 
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0–2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Familiarity with standard manufacturing concepts and procedures.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work under direct supervision.
 
Special Considerations:
  • Lifting generally does not exceed 30 lbs and is not highly repetitive.
