Job description

2nd & 3rd Shift Ink Mixer (Machine Operator)
Location: Edwardsville, KS
Schedule: 2nd Shift Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM | 3rd Shift Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM
Pay: $20–$22/hr + shift differential, paid weekly

Hands-on machine operator role in an ink manufacturing environment. This is a fast-paced, physically active position mixing and preparing ink batches to exact specifications. Looking for dependable people who show up, work hard, and are open to learning in a production setting.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Mix and blend inks using various mixers, including Flexo mixers
  • Weigh and measure raw materials to prepare batches
  • Operate mixing equipment and monitor production quality
  • Perform quality checks on finished products
  • Clean and maintain machines and work area throughout shift
  • Operate sit-down forklift to move materials as needed
  • Follow all safety procedures and production standards

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years stable work history in manufacturing, machine operation, food production, or similar hands-on work
  • Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical, fast-paced work
  • Forklift experience preferred (training available if needed)
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
