Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Machine Operator to join our team. As an Industrial Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of industrial machinery to ensure efficient production processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Operate industrial machinery including but not limited to: lathes, drills, milling machines, grinders, and CNC machines.
  2. Set up machinery according to specifications and production requirements.
  3. Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and detect any malfunctions or abnormalities.
  4. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
  5. Troubleshoot issues with machinery and perform repairs as needed.
  6. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  7. Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
  9. Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet standards and specifications.
  10. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Proven experience as an Industrial Machine Operator or similar role.
