Machine Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $19.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- Third Shift (Sunday through Friday from 11:00pm to 07:00am)
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating production equipment used to manufacture high-quality automotive components.
- You will monitor machine performance, inspect finished parts, perform basic troubleshooting, and ensure production goals are met while following all quality and safety standards.
- Responsibilities Operate automated and manual manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load raw materials and unload finished products. Perform visual and dimensional quality inspections.
- Monitor machines for proper operation and report any issues promptly.
- Complete required production and quality documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with changeovers and other production-related tasks as needed.
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed. High school diploma or GED preferred.
