  • Operate Hammermills and Bico Towers.
  • Inspect raw materials before loading to prevent contamination
  • Practice First-In, First-Out (FIFO) when loading raw materials
  • Computer software understanding
  • Clear jams on Hammermills and Bico Towers
  • Involved in quality investigations surrounding contamination and metal.
  • Maintain the pucketizer in bico room
  • Inspect Forklifts daily
  • Recyclable product disposal, including cardboard
  • Replenish bico, pulp and other supplies necessary
  • Ensure all tools are on the shadow board
  • Inspect raw materials before loading to prevent contamination
  • Responsible for housekeeping in the pulp, bico and pucketizer area
