What Youโ€™ll Do:

As an Embroidery Machine Operator, youโ€™ll set up and run embroidery machines to produce customized apparel that meets client specifications. Youโ€™ll manage thread sequencing, hoop garments accurately, and inspect output for quality while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Shift: 2:00pm-11:00pm
Flexibility: Availability to work overtime and occasional weekends during peak production periods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate single- and multi-head embroidery machines, including Tajima, to meet order specifications.
  • Hoop garments accurately and monitor embroidery for alignment and quality.
  • Inspect finished products and make adjustments to maintain high standards.
  • Log completed jobs in the MIS system and stage garments for quality control.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and follow safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow and uphold company values.
Position Qualifications:
Education:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Trade school or vocational training in apparel production or machine operation is a plus.
Work Experience:
  • 2โ€“5 years in embroidery, machine operation, or apparel production preferred.
  • Experience with Tajima embroidery machines is a plus.
Your Skills:
