Job Summary

SyBridge Technologies is seeking a skilled and versatile CNC Leader to support our manufacturing operations and uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of the SyBridge Technologies Group of Companies. This role is ideal for an individual with strong technical expertise in operating and programming multiple CNC machines, including roughing, hard milling, and electrode work, within a precision-driven environment. Reporting directly to the Supervisor, Manufacturing, the CNC Lead plays a key role in organizing workload and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency. This position focuses on meeting or exceeding departmental goals and production objectives while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Success in this role requires strong technical proficiency, attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Read prints and verify Red Line dimensions
  • Understanding of print tolerancing
  • Program andoperate3 axis CNC machines
  • Understanding of sound and proper set ups
  • Understanding of In Process Inspection
  • Own an array of tools e.g., tenth indicator, depth micrometer, drop indicator, etc.
  • Understanding of proper inspection techniques
  • Understanding of final inspection of machined items
  • Deburr, demagnetize, and clean all parts
  • Cleanliness of work area
  • Team player and ability to work well with others


Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum five (preferred) years CNC programming and machining experience
  • Previous experience leading a team
  • Ability to program in Powermill
  • Ability tooperateFanuc based CNC's
  • Ability to perform under pressure and work independently
  • Ability to meet deadlines asrequired
  • Ability to ensure quality standards are met
  • Strong attention to detail isrequired
  • Interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills
  • Proficient in time management and communication skills
