Job description

We are seeking an Embroidery Machine Operator / Quality Control to join our team! You will help oversee operational activities and ensure excellent quality control.
Responsibilities:

  • Operate on a multi-head or single head embroidery machine
  • Preparing garments through hooping, threading, and stabilizer selection
  • Setting up designs, adjusting placements, and monitoring stitch count
  • Inspect quality standards
  • Follow work orders, production schedules, and safety guidelines
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area

​Qualifications:

  • Previous embroidery or machine operator experience PREFERRED
  • Attention to detail and color accuracy
  • Ability to read and follow production instructions 
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and punctual
  • Ability to stand for an extended period of time
