The Line Support Operator supports daily production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include assembling products, assisting with production processes such as machine operating, inspecting products, and palletizing finished goods.
This role involves using hand and power tools, following work instructions, and maintaining quality standards. Team members may also assist with general production tasks across the plant as needed. Compensation:
GEOTEK utilizes a skill-based compensation model, with starting pay determined by a candidate's experience, transferable skills, and overall qualifications. The pay range for this position is $20.00-$27.50 per hour.
Final compensation will be determined by the hiring manager based on experience, skillset, and job-related knowledge.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • High attention to detail, quality, productivity and safety required
  • Ability to accurately count and record in production documents
  • Able to read and write the English language
  • Mechanically-inclined and able to read a tape measure
  • Able to work productively with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and problem solving skills are essential

Physical Work Conditions:
  • The position is located on the production floor, standing for up to 12 hours a day.
  • Work with or around power tools and chemicals.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally.
