POSITION – Molding Operator

JOB LOCATION – Port Washington, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift 5:00am to 1:00pm Monday to Friday

STARTING PAY – $20 per hour

BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Willing to train


As a molding operator, you will be working in a manufacturing environment removing rubber parts from molds, trimming excess material, and ensuring products meet quality standards before moving to the next stage.

Responsibilities

  • Remove rubber parts from molds in a timely manner
  • Trim excess material to meet product specifications
  • Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards are met
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail for quality inspection
  • Willingness to learn and be trained on processes

The Grafton office expanded from Carol’s home to several other buildings in town before finally settling in their current location on Opportunity Drive in Grafton in 1997.
