Shift: 1st | Monday โ€“ Friday, 7AM-3PM
Pay: $17 per hour

We're seeking a Machine Operator who is safety-minded, mechanically inclined, and ready to be part of a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you'll operate advanced production equipment, troubleshoot issues, and play a key role in delivering high-quality products to customers on time.
Key Responsibilities for the Machine Operator:

As a Machine Operator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive high-quality products on time. You'll operate and maintain finishing equipment while contributing to a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Set up, operate, and monitor finishing equipment, including slitting, rewinding, inspection, die cutting, core cutting, and related machinery.
  • Perform machine adjustments, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to maximize uptime and efficiency.
  • Produce products that meet quality specifications, standard operating procedures, ISO requirements, and company quality standards.
  • Complete accurate production and inventory transactions within the SMART system.
  • Utilize logical troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills to identify and resolve equipment issues.
  • Meet daily production schedules, throughput goals, and customer delivery expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, cell leads, and management regarding safety, quality, scheduling, equipment, or production concerns.
  • Participate in shift handoffs to ensure smooth communication of priorities, issues, and operational updates.
  • Support preventive maintenance activities, 5S initiatives, housekeeping standards, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and environmental regulations, including hazardous waste handling procedures and annual training requirements.
  • Contribute positively to team goals and assist wherever needed to support customer demands.
Requirements for the Machine Operator:
