Earn $16.50–$21.00 per hour*

Estimated hourly earnings include base pay, shift differential, and our historical average quarterly bonus payout.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Learn to safely set up and operate a 3-axis high-speed CNC router
  • Read work orders and machine programmed parts using the correct tooling and fixtures
  • Inspect completed parts to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Work with CNC programmers to troubleshoot issues and improve production efficiency
  • Load materials, change tooling, and perform machine setups as needed
  • Operate a forklift to stage materials (training provided if needed)
  • Learn our product line and manufacturing processes
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by following established 5S practices
  • Support continuous improvement efforts and help build high-quality products our customers can enjoy for years
What You'll Bring
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • CNC certificate or technical training preferred, but not required
  • No previous CNC or machine operating experience required—we'll train the right person
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to read and follow work orders and detailed instructions
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Dependability and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to apply common sense and solve routine production challenges
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
A Few Practical Details
  • Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment around machinery, which may at times be noisy or warm
  • Forklift operation may be required (training provided)
  • This position is based in Duluth, Minnesota and requires onsite work
