Step into a role where your focus and finesse keep production humming. Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a local manufacturer to add a skilled CNC professional to their team. Here’s how a typical day unfolds:

A day in the life
  • Kickoff: Review job orders, load programs, and set up tooling and workholding for the next run.
  • Precision in motion: Operate CNC equipment to complete high-accuracy machining operations on a variety of parts.
  • Measure twice, cut once: Verify dimensions using bore gauges, calipers, and other inspection tools to confirm every spec.
  • Keep it on target: Monitor cycle performance, catch defects early, and dial in offsets or feeds/speeds to protect quality.
  • Uptime matters: Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to keep machines performing at their best.
  • Team rhythm: Coordinate with supervisors and teammates to hit production milestones safely and efficiently.
What you bring
  • Hands-on background as a CNC Machinist or closely related machining role (experience strongly preferred).
