Reviews for 30-day increases ($18.25) and 60 day increases ($18.50).


The Greer Group is seeking dependable and motivated Manufacturing Production Associates to join our client’s manufacturing team in Mebane, NC. These positions support daily production operations and may include assembly, machine operation, material handling, quality checks, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.


Successful candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, following established procedures, meeting production goals, and working as part of a team. Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but may not be required for all positions.


Available Positions & Schedules

12-Hour Weekend AM and PM Assembly (Work 36 hours, paid for 40!!)

• Assemble products and components according to established procedures and specifications.

• Friday–Sunday

• AM: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM. 7:00PM-7:00AM

• Must be available to train on 1st shift for 2 weeks.


2nd Shift Machine Operator (Will Train).

• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.

• Monday–Friday

• 2:45 PM–11:15 PM


3rd Shift Machine Operator- Heat Treat- HEAVY DUTY

• Previous experience in changeovers, mechanical knowledge and basic reading/math.

• Sunday–Thursday

• 10:45 PM–7:15 AM

• Must be available to train on 1st shift


3rd Shift Material Handler (Valid Drivers License).

• Previous experience operating sit down and stand up forklifts.

• Sunday–Thursday

• 10:45 PM–7:15 AM


Job Description

• Inspect products and materials for quality and identify defects or inconsistencies.

• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures.

• Meet established production, quality, and attendance expectations.

• Work effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments.

• Perform additional production-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

• Ability to work the assigned shift and required schedule.

• Must pass a background check and drug test

• Must show/have proof of Highschool education.
