As a Production Operator, you'll assemble and inspect drivetrain components using CNC machines, grinders, and spline rollers. Responsibilities include operating equipment, packaging and labeling parts, performing basic maintenance, and using inspection tools to ensure quality standards are met. We're looking for safety-focused, dependable team players ready to learn and grow. Training is provided. You'll support production goals, step in during downtime or shortages, and help keep operations running smoothly.

Job Responsibilities
  • Practice safety every day.
  • Understand and participate in product quality meetings as quality issues warrant.
  • Operate machines on a daily basis, such as milling machines, grinders, spline rollers, and turning machines.
  • Knowledge of basic inspection tools.
  • Must have basic math skills.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and cellular manufacturing principles.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Must be able to work weekends and mandatory overtime.
  • Experience in a manufacturing facility or industrial assembly operation preferred.
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt rapidly to changing situations.
  • Must excel at working in a team environment.
  • This position requires that the person be a highly organized individual who is self-motivated and can work independently, setting priorities without direct supervision.
  • Experience in safety, quality, and housekeeping on the plant floor is preferred.
