You'll work with our advanced production equipment to create bedding and litter from natural plant fibers. Your attention to detail and dedication to quality will play a key role in delivering safe, exceptional products to our customers. Join us and make a difference in sustainable manufacturing.


Healthy Pet has an immediate opening for a Production II Associate (Automation) on the Night Shift. This position operates a variety of industrial automated equipment to ensure maximum production.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure machines are running properly and all safety guards and panels are in place during production.
  • Monitor and maintain all packaging line equipment and make adjustments necessary for the highest level of output.
  • Balance and work to continuously improve safety, quality, productivity, costs and teamwork to achieve positive results in all areas.
  • Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment. Ensure machines are running properly and all safety guards and panels are in place during production. Refer major mechanical repairs to maintenance, as needed.
  • Perform necessary equipment adjustments for production run changes.
  • Operate forklifts in a safe manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements for Consideration:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Computer skills required for production data input and PLC error code trouble shooting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with industrial Human-Machine Interface control systems (HMI)
  • Experience with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) processes
  • Two years' experience operating industrial machinery, production machinery and controls in a manufacturing environment.
