Job description

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Press operator to join their team. As a Press operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Press operator

Location: Brunswick, GA

Pay Range: $17

Shift: 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 p.m., Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

  • Operate and maintain the turret and press brake system to ensure efficient production
  • Load and offload large sheets of metal, ensuring safety and accuracy
  • Offload and shake out completed metal parts, and perform deburring and packaging
  • Maintain timely production schedules to meet operational goals
  • Review set-up instructions and part specifications to determine proper setup procedures and measure completed parts for quality assurance

  • No prior experience required; training will be provided
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and use safety equipment such as cut-resistant gloves
  • Willingness to undergo background and drug screening
