Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for operating machining equipment, solving complex machining challenges, and supporting production with high-quality, efficient work. This is a hands-on role for a skilled machinist who can think critically and contribute to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate machining equipment
  • Analyze and solve machining and production challenges
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Ensure parts meet precise specifications and tolerances
  • Perform inspections using measuring tools
  • Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance
  • Support multiple operations in a fast-paced production environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a machinist
