Job Title: Industrial Machine Operator (with Maintenance Experience)
 
Job Summary:
Seeking a dependable and safety-focused Industrial Machine Operator with maintenance experience to support daily operations. This role is responsible for operating tire recycling equipment, ensuring efficient production, and performing routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and monitor tire recycling machinery (shredders, conveyors, granulators, etc.)
  • Ensure consistent material flow and meet daily production targets
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist with repairs as needed
  • Maintain accurate production and maintenance records
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
  • Follow all safety procedures and enforce company policies
  • Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment required
  • Hands-on experience with industrial maintenance and mechanical systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues independently
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
