J&L 1st Helper - 2nd shift ($16 to $19)
  • Responsible for assisting the operator in a timely manner with a high regard for quality and safety.
  • This position requires the ability to read a tape measure
  • This position requires the ability to read English
  • The individual in this position must be able to work both independently after training and under direct supervision
  • A sense of urgency is required
  • Bilingual in Spanish; preferred
  • Any corrugated or printing experience a plus
  • HS Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Overtime and some weekends required.
  • Learn relevant local and company requirements, rules and procedures. Strictly follows rules and guidelines and always uses the right procedure for the job. Promptly reports incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions or processes.
