Job description

Operate machines and material handling in and around the extruders in order to maintain the efficient operations while ensuring quality and performance requirements are optimized and are consistent with specified requirements and committed to workplace safety.Operate all related extrusion equipment.
• Includes but is not limited to the tasks of loading and unloading the machine with all raw materials/fabrics
• Inspect product and record any quality defects while working closely with QA to ensure quality control standards are met.
• Record keeping of all related production data and outputs which includes data entry into the Manufacturing Operating Systems
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and abide by all safety policies and procedures
• Assist the other line operators as needed and to operate all functions of the extruder in absence of the Extruder Team Leader.
• Adhere to all practices, policies and procedures according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14000 requirements.
