Job description

Work Flexibility: Onsite
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:30pm, OT as needed by the business
What You Will Do
  • Operate manufacturing and machining equipment under close to moderate supervision.
  • Inspect machined components using precision measuring equipment to ensure compliance with engineering specifications.
  • Maintain accurate production records, maintenance logs, and other required documentation.
  • Identify, record, and report scrap, maintenance requests, production issues, safety concerns, and documentation errors.
  • Perform repetitive production tasks following established procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements.
  • Operate small hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments safely and effectively.
  • Complete basic machining and manufacturing operations while demonstrating mechanical aptitude.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions, inspection procedures, and standard operating practices.
  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and support company objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, cross-functional departments, and site visitors.
  • Participate in training activities and, when appropriate, help train others on operational or documentation procedures.
  • Seek guidance when needed and apply constructive feedback to improve performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
