Job Description: Machine Operator / 2nd shift

Location: Riviera Beach, FL

Pay Rate: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Manufacturing Associate / Machine Operator to join our production team in Riviera Beach, FL. In this role, you will support daily manufacturing operations by operating production equipment, performing assembly tasks, assisting with shipping activities, and ensuring products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate has previous manufacturing experience, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate production machines that have been properly set up and prepared for use.
  • Perform routine manufacturing and production tasks according to work instructions.
  • Prepare, load, and unload materials and components for production.
  • Assemble products and perform basic manufacturing operations.
  • Conduct in-process quality inspections to identify defects or inconsistencies.
