Job description

Rugby Architectural Building Products is a wholesale distributor of specialty building products, operating out of 26 branches throughout the United States. Our primary business is non-structural architectural grade building products sold principally to customers who create and produce end-products for the commercial, industrial, retail, residential and institutional markets. (In New Century, KS, Lebanon, TN, and Rockford, IL - we do business as: Olathe Millwork, Warren Brothers, River City Millwork respectfully.)
We are growing and seeking a Door Shop Fabricator!
Position Summary: The Door Shop Fabricator is responsible for fabrication of interior and exterior doors and door frames. Additionally, you will also perform general warehouse duties of receiving, unloading, and storing material.

Who We Are Looking For:
  • Mechanically inclined individual able to operate a variety of equipment to create doors.
  • Forklift and lumber yard experience a plus.

What You Will Do:
  • Fabricate doors and door frames with high quality and safe practices.
  • Operate table saws, routers, chop saws and nail guns
  • Assist branch truck driver by loading and securing material in the truck.
  • Ensure that material loaded for delivery matches shipping documents and that the products are in good condition.
  • Maintain warehouse in a clean, orderly, and safe manner.
  • Assist in taking inventory as required on a regular basis.
  • Work safely, attend safety meetings and follow all safety procedures and policies.
  • Be able to lift and carry products from 75-100 lbs weight with a helper.

This role is a Safety Sensitive position and subject to routine drug screenings.
