Warehouse Operator at a Glance...

Warehouse Operators play a critical role in supporting production and customer shipments by safely moving, storing, palletizing, and preparing finished goods throughout our facility. Team members may operate forklifts, palletizers, stretch wrap equipment, and other warehouse equipment while ensuring safety, quality, inventory accuracy, and food safety standards are met. This position may be assigned to Lift Truck or Palletizer operations based on business needs and qualifications.

Warehouse, forklift, distribution center, shipping/receiving, logistics, and manufacturing experience are highly transferable and encouraged to apply.

Work Schedule

  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
  • Overtime, including weekends, extended shifts, and holiday work, is frequently required

  • Safely operate forklifts, palletizers, stretch wrap equipment, and other warehouse equipment following all safety and operating procedures.
  • Load, unload, move, stack, stage, and store raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
  • Transport finished goods from production areas to warehouse storage locations and shipping areas.
  • Operate palletizing and stretch wrapping equipment to prepare finished goods for storage and shipment.
  • Inspect products, pallets, labels, and packaging for damage or quality concerns and take appropriate action.
  • Perform pre-operation equipment inspections and complete required documentation.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues, clear jams safely, and partner with Maintenance on more complex repairs.
  • Utilize warehouse and inventory systems to accurately track materials, finished goods, shipments, and inventory movements.
  • Verify labels, product codes, lot information, and shipment details to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Assist with inventories, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation activities.
  • Maintain housekeeping, sanitation, GMP, and food safety standards throughout the warehouse.
  • Communicate effectively with Warehouse, Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Leadership teams to support operational success.
  • Support training and cross-training efforts while contributing to a safe, efficient, and team-focused work environment.

  • Ability to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, dust, and humidity.
