Hiring Production Operators

We are seeking reliable, safety‑focused Production Workers to join our manufacturing team. This position plays a key role in producing high‑quality conduit products used in critical infrastructure across the country. If you enjoy hands‑on work, operating machinery, and being part of a team that values precision and consistency, this is a great opportunity.

Location: Casper, Wyoming

Pay: $18/hr

Shifts: 12‑hour shifts on a 2‑2‑3 rotating schedule

  • 7 AM – 7 PM or 7 PM – 7 AM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate downstream equipment including cutters, pullers, coilers, and packaging machinery
  • Monitor product quality and ensure all materials meet specifications
  • Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of equipment
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records
  • Assist with line changeovers and setup
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Communicate effectively with machine operators, supervisors, and team member

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Evansville, WY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
