OVERVIEW

Assist in daily production duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform assigned machine operations within established time standards
  • Perform assigned machine operations according to standardized procedures
  • Participate in kaizen activities to achieve productivity and quality improvements
  • Perform required daily machine maintenance and annotate appropriate forms
  • Assist in developing standardized work instructions
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area according to standards
  • Ensure quality defects are not passed on to following processes
  • Works at different work stations as production needs require
  • Assemble products for stock or as needed
  • Adhere product logos and serial numbers on products properly
  • Help maintain Quality Control in production
QUALIFICATIONS
  • One (1) to two (2) years manufacturing experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
  • Ability to write simple correspondence
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written and oral instructions
  • Troubleshooting and problem resolution abilities
  • Organizational skills and great attention to detail
