Winston Home Builders molding division is now hiring full-time employees with experience in operating a wood molder and CNC equipment. Having strong mechanical aptitude, along with math and communication skills is a must. Would like the candidates to have at least 1 to 2 years experience and or training.
Position Summary:
Team Members will perform the production operation of operating a molding machine.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safety: Practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible while seeing all relevant OSHA regulations.
Productivity: Work in a team environment to produce products that conform to our quality standards while achieving our productivity goals.
Stewardship: Serve as a team member of our company’s physical assets, protecting them from damage and misuse, reporting all needed maintenance, keeping your assigned area clean, and orderly.
Planning: Assist your Team Leader and Supervisor to plan and organize the manufacturing activities in your area by communicating expected material shortages, identifying required tool maintenance, and communicating any quality and productivity issues.
Attendance: Meet all attendance requirements, available for start of shift at required time, following the attendance rules and regulations of the company handbook.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must abide by our drug and alcohol policy, including pre employment and reasonable suspicion drug screening.
  • Versatility and willingness to transfer into various departments when necessary.
  • Must be able to walk, climb, and to lift at least 50lbs, as well as other physical duties as needed.
  • You must be able to communicate efficiently and clearly with other Team Members.
