Job description

Position Summary:
The Shift Lead is responsible for operating and overseeing pouch-making equipment. This role includes directing and supporting pouch-making operators, monitoring production, and making necessary machine adjustments to ensure product quality. You will perform required quality checks, follow the production schedule, and maintain a safe, organized work environment. Strong communication with your team and between shifts is essential.
Multiple shifts available with generous shift differentials.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate pouch-making machines
  • Support setup activities alongside Senior Leads
  • Make minor machine adjustments to maintain product quality
  • Work closely with quality testers to ensure standards are met
  • Assist with product changeovers and provide coverage for breaks/lunches
  • Complete required quality checks and documentation
  • Report any food safety, quality, or compliance concerns
  • Maintain a safe and organized workspace

This is a safety-sensitive position.
