Summary
This position manages and verifies that the product produced within a designated cell meets customer requirements.
Essential Jobs and Responsibilities
  • Accountable for personal adherence to all applicable Safety, GMP, Food Safety and Plant Policies.

  • Perform shot inspections.

  • Control nonconforming product as defined in the Work Instruction for Critical Event Communication.

  • Execute line clearances and start-up approvals.

  • Complete random finished goods box sampling/audits.

  • Assist with coordinating color and mold changes.

  • Notify technicians of quality or machine problems.

  • Complete the required production reporting documents.

  • Perform liner roll changes.

  • Complete other tasks as assigned.

Contribution to Quality, Safety and GMP
  • Support the accomplishment of your work groups through the quality, timeliness and professionalism of your attitude.

  • Supply accurate and timely data as required by performance tracking and reporting.

  • Apply resources in a manner which maximizes their effectiveness in assuring quality.

  • Maintain a work environment which will contribute to the assurance of safety and GMP compliance.

  • Adhere to established procedures, perform self checking and pay attention to detail in the performance of your work.

  • Notify management in a timely manner of any problems with procedural compliance.

Qualifications
