Come Grow with us! We are seeking Machine Operators (Robotic Weld and Assembly) for our 2nd shift at our facility in Paulding, OH. Hours are from 3:30 pm to 12:00 am. Starting rate of pay $20.55 per hour based on experience. Our 2nd shift offers a shift premium of 7.5% more per hour. Employees become eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance after 30 days of employment. In addition, we offer a competitive 401(k) program, paid holidays, and vacation. Tuition assistance is available to employees after 1 year of service.

Sign On Bonus - This position is eligible to receive a $1000 sign on bonus.
Experience Requirements:
2 years of prior manufacturing experience working in assembly or a machine operator position.
Personal/Technical Skills:
Suggest methods of improvement, (i.e. Continuous Improvement Plan)
Available for training as required
Will have the ability to work a schedule that allows completion of the job on a daily basis.
Detail oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to understand and follow written work instructions
Available to work overtime as required.
Essential Job Functions:
Operate machines such as a robotic welder, assembly station, or other types of equipment
Set-up and/or change over all tooling
Conduct "break test" at designated time intervals, keep log and make adjustments as necessary
Keep all safety curtains/guards in place during operation
Final visual audit inspection of all parts leaving welder area for quality
Fill in all reports properly and completely
Maintain good housekeeping around equipment.
Report all quality, production or safety problems to the production manager
Maintain all tools in proper places
Operate for trucks as required
Suggest methods of improvement, (i.e. Continuous Improvement Plan)
Re-work parts as per instructions
Preventative maintenance as instructed
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift at least 35 pounds frequently
Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours per day
Must be able to pass a drug screen.
