Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lamination Machine Operator to join our team in Cary, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining lamination machines to produce high-quality laminated products. Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate lamination machines according to production specifications.
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on lamination equipment.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and consistency, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate production records and report any issues to the supervisor.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machinery operation is a plus.
  • Previous experience operating lamination machines or similar equipment preferred.
