Job description

Expected Hours:

  • 40 Hours
  • Overtime When Needed

Pay Frequency:

  • Bi-Weekly

Essential Functions:

  • Set up, load, and unload, corrugated manufacturing machines based on production requirements.
  • Operate corrugated machinery to produce materials according to specified standards.
  • Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed to ensure quality output.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on produced materials to ensure they meet defined standards.
  • Report and address any mechanical issues or malfunctions promptly.
  • Work closely with other machine operators, production supervisors, and maintenance technicians.
  • Communicate effectively to ensure a smooth production workflow.
  • Maintain accurate production records, including machine settings, output quantities, and quality control data.

Education / Physical / Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • 1-3 years of experience in corrugated machinery operations
  • Lift up to 25 lbs. alone and up to 50 lbs. assisted.  
  • Position requires repetitive motion of the hands and wrists. 
  • Proven experience as a machine operator in a corrugated manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
  • Proficient in machine operation, including setup and adjustment of corrugated manufacturing machinery.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
