Job description

Job Responsibilities:

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Under close supervision; sets up, operates, maintains, and monitors consistent operation of machines in aluminum brazing process; which include but is not limited to fin machines, washer, fluxer, and braze furnace.

  • Maintains chemical concentration in aluminum brazing equipment
  • Monitors and records process control data points on logs and charts
  • Applies chemicals to product per established process
  • Lifts and loads units to and from braze furnace
  • Follows sequence of operations (SOPโ€™s) and instructions throughout brazing process
  • Measures parts, components, or product for dimensional accuracy
  • Delivers completed product from current operation to next operation; may lift, use a pallet jack, hand lift, or other tool for transportation
  • Has ownership of area for knowledge, cleanliness, operations of machines, and required maintenance per JB standards and rules
  • Follows work instructions per ISO-9001 standards
  • Follows safety OSHA and JB Radiator standards for machinery and conduct in manufacturing factory
