Job description

Dynomax, Inc is expanding! We are adding complex, multi-function machinery and we have an opportunity available for a Machine Operator who will keep them running. Will analyze machine conditions, troubleshoot, and maintain the machine. The Machine Operator will be making very small parts for electrical components used in aerospace and defense applications. Experienced CNC Lathe/Swiss Lathe Machinists or Operators are encouraged to apply.

MACHINE OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Set-up/Operate a machine that performs many functions including milling, turning, and reaming
  • Inspect parts with a microscope and optical comparator for conformity to prints
  • Troubleshoot machine problems
  • Complete all necessary production documentation
  • Change out warn and damaged tooling and make minor adjustments to the machine
  • Operate peripheral equipment including chopper and tumble deburring machines
  • Assist in management of inventory and production

MACHINE OPERATOR REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Manual dexterity and the ability to handle very small parts
  • Ability to communicate effectively & understand verbal and written directions given in the English language
  • Ability to look through a microscope
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds
