Responsibilities
- Operate production and printing machines to manufacture sticker labels for packages according to specifications.
- Perform rewind and inspection work off presses to verify print quality, alignment, and overall product accuracy.
- Monitor machines during operation and troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise to minimize downtime.
- Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain consistent quality and production efficiency.
- Inspect materials and finished labels to ensure they meet quality standards before packaging.
- Package finished products accurately and securely for shipment or further processing.
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines while working on production equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient production and safe operations.
Essential Skills- At least 2+ years of experience as a Machine Operator in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with machine operation and general production processes.
- Ability to perform basic mechanical troubleshooting on production equipment.
- Experience working with printing or label production machinery.
- Strong attention to detail when inspecting and rewinding printed materials.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Capability to perform general labor tasks associated with production and packaging.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Background in printing or packaging environments.
- Experience operating multiple types of production or printing machines.
- Comfort working across different shifts and training on a day shift before moving to an assigned schedule.
- Strong work ethic and reliability in a fast-paced production setting.

Work Environment
The role is based in a climate-controlled, brand-new facility that is very clean, modern, and well lit. Production runs across three shifts: 1st shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., 2nd shift from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and 3rd shift from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Off-shift employees train on 1st shift for approximately one month before transitioning to their regular schedule. The environment centers around production and printing equipment used to create sticker labels, with an emphasis on safe operation, consistent processes, and an organized production floor.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
