Night Shift: 6pm-6am Monday-Thursdays (Occasionally Fridays)


About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Operator to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various production machinery, including assembly line, press machines, overhead cranes, deburring, micrometer, clamp truck, and mold machine. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all machines are running efficiently and producing high-quality products. You will work closely with the production team to meet daily production targets and ensure that all safety protocols are followed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience operating production machinery
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies
  • Forklift certification

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain various production machinery, including assembly line, press machines, overhead cranes, deburring, micrometer, clamp truck, and mold machine
