Job description

Hourly pay rate: Hire is $22.20, 6 months $22.56, 1 year $23.21

Job Responsibilities

  1. Work on production lines processing various products
  2. Help maintain a safe working environment for all  employees by following all safety rules
  3. Help ensure only safe, wholesome, quality products are produced for our customers by following all good manufacturing practices
  4. Perform other position specific duties as assigned by the supervisor
  5. Must be able to read, write and speak English

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be able to work 8-12 hour shifts
  • No restrictions standing on a concrete floor for 8-12 hours
  • Must be able to work in temperatures ranging from 32-40 degrees
  • Must be able to perform repetitive motions, such as: twisting, turning, bending and reaching
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must wear a hairnet, hard hat, ear muffs, safety glasses, steel toe boots and or other personal protective equipment as required for the position
  • Must be able to work with large groups as a team and also be able to work unsupervised

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous machine operator experience is a plus
  • Must have basic reading, writing and math skills
