Job Summary:
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a hands-on Engineer specializing in AI and Machine Learning. The role focuses on building and enhancing automation pipelines, transitioning workflows to fully automated systems, and ensuring reliability and scalability.
Responsibilities:
• Design and build automation pipelines for intake engagement and mitigation tracking
• Develop APIs and backend services using C# / .NET
• Implement and maintain Azure-based automation solutions using Azure Functions and Logic Apps
• Enable transition from semi automated to fully automated workflows
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deploying C# / Python code to Azure environments
• Develop or integrate AI Agents / AI-driven capabilities for automation and decision support
• Ensure high availability and redundancy so workflows are not dependent on individuals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate tooling and improve operational efficiency
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI for tracking and insights
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong experience in C# and .NET / .NET Core for backend development
• Hands on experience with Azure services (preferably Functions, Logic Apps, App Services)
• Experience building REST APIs and automation frameworks
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts or AI Agents (LLMs, automation, or orchestration frameworks)
• Experience in CI/CD pipeline setup (Azure DevOps or similar)
• Working knowledge of Python scripting
• Basic understanding of Azure Data Explorer (Kusto)
• Experience with Power BI for reporting and visualization
Preferred:
• Experience with AI-driven automation or workflow orchestration
• Exposure to data pipelines, telemetry, or operational analytics (Kusto/Power BI)
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud-native design patterns
• Experience with automation at scale in enterprise environments
