Position Overview

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be instrumental in crafting and refining sophisticated Machine Learning algorithms that drive our legal tech solutions. This role requires robust expertise in machine learning R&D, particularly involving NLP (Natural Language Processing) and Large Language Models, to improve information extraction, information retrieval and search, document analysis and summarization, and generation.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI algorithms to boost the functionality and efficacy of our legal AI applications.
  • Work closely with product teams to integrate AI technologies into solutions centered around user needs.
  • Enhance and streamline machine learning pipelines for superior performance and scalability.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation to maintain the accuracy and reliability of algorithms.

Requirements

  • M.S. or higher in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning R&D.
  • Proficiency in Machine Learning and NLP techniques and tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing real-world AI solutions or contributing to open-source applications using NLP.
  • Strong software development capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at identifying and addressing bottlenecks for optimal performance under varying loads.
