Job description

Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–3:15 PM | Friday, 6:00 AM–11:00 AM
Duration: Approximately 2–3 months

We are hiring a Roller Press Operator / Warehouse Associate for an immediate temporary opportunity. This is a great position for someone with manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience who is dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new equipment.

JOB DUTIES

  • Operate or learn to operate roller press and other manufacturing equipment
  • Follow production instructions, work orders, and established procedures
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Safely handle, move, and position materials
  • Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Use basic computer equipment and handheld tablets
  • Maintain accurate and consistent production standards
  • Work with team members to meet daily production goals
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

REQUIREMENTS

  • Manufacturing or production equipment experience or the ability and willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Positive, respectful attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience
  • Roller press or machine operation experience
